Chairman and CEO.
Founder and CEO of Cyrus Group of Companies.

Mrs R. Rassouli
Executive Vice President.
Mrs Rassouli has extensive experience in the banking industry and management. She is in charge of Strategy for the group.  She oversees Purchasing, Human Resources and Information Technology.

Mr. Nick Hallit
Vice President, Group Technical.
Mr. Hallit has 20 years of experience in the construction chemicals industry with extensive knowledge in the areas of research and development, manufacturing and international marketing. He has broad industry experience having held senior management positions with a variety of global organizations. His commitment to international standards and safety has led the company’s drive to achieve and maintain ISO certifications of operation.

Mr. Haitham Abdel-Nabi
Vice President, Finance.
Mr Abdel-Nabi is responsible for overseeing the entire company’s strategic Financial planning process, developing long and short-term goals that are aligned with the company’s mission and priorities. Mr Abdel-Nabi has 15 years of practical experience in finance, management, and business development.

Mr. Francois Bornmann
Vice President, International Sales.
Mr. Francois Bornmann has more than 30 years of experience in marketing and sales in the chemical industry. He has held senior positions with National and International Companies and brings his knowledge and experience to the Cyrus Group.

Captain Jalal Keshavarz
Vice President, Shipping Services.
Captain Keshavarz has 32 years of experience in maritime logistics, management and shipping. He utilizes this broad experience to manage the demanding international shipping and logistical management needs of the growing Cyrus Group.

Mr. Mohamed Mahran
Vice President-East Africa.
30 years experience, out of which 10 years in the field of bitumen industry.
Established and managing the Bitumen Terminals of Cyrus Group in Djibouti, Sudan and Ethiopia.
