Health and Safety

Cyrus Group of Companies has developed and is implementing an integrated Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Management System to demonstrate its ability to provide consistently products and services that meet customer requirements and applicable regulatory requirements, address the worldwide growing concerns regarding our living environment, and of environmental impacts by human activities, through the effective application of the systems.

The company strives to achieve its goals and objectives with minimal impact on the Environment as well as the health and safety of its employees. The Integrated Quality Health & Safety and Environmental Management systems comply with the international standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001.

ISO 9001:2000: The ISO 9001 standard helps organisations of any type and size with “quality management” including:

Fulfilling customers’ quality requirements Following applicable regulatory requirements; and Enhancing customer satisfaction

ISO 14001:2004: The ISO 14001 standard is primarily concerned with the approach of “environmental management”, which provides guidance to the organisation in order to:

Minimise harmful effects on the environment caused by business activities; and Achieve continual improvement of environmental performance.

ISO 18001:2007: The ISO 18001 is an international occupational health and safety management system specification standard, requiring top level commitment to compliance with legislation, prevention of accidents, promotion of good health and continual improvements.
