 Cyrus Group maintains an Environmental Management System to facilitate the reduction of the impact associated with our operations, activities, products, and services.

Within the framework of our Environmental Management System we commit to:

·  Identify materials, processes, products that cause or may cause harm, to the environment and will implement measures to avoid, reduce or control those impacts where technically and economically viable;

·  Comply with applicable Environmental laws, regulations, codes of practice, and other requirements to which we subscribe.

·  To achieve and maintain compliance, we will develop and maintain an Environmental Management System for identifying relevant requirements and for monitoring performance of related activities; and

·  Continually enhance and improve the Environmental Management System to ensure that it is appropriate and effective for helping us to achieve our Environmental goals by keeping the HSE officers aware of new and updated environmental law and regulations.

·  Conduct training when and where needed.

Cyrus Group maintains and Health & Safety Management System to improve its Health & Safety management and, ultimately, to reduce the Risks and Hazards associated with our operations, activities, products, and services.

Within the framework of our Health & Safety Management System we commit to:

·  Identify materials, processes, products that cause or may cause harm, and will implement measures to avoid, reduce or control risks where technically and economically viable;

·  Comply with applicable Health & Safety laws, regulations, codes of practice, and other requirements to which the company subscribes.

·  To achieve and maintain compliance, we will develop and maintain a Health & Safety management system for identifying relevant requirements and for monitoring performance of related activities; and

·  Continually enhance and improve the Health & Safety Management System to ensure that it is appropriate and effective for helping us to achieve our Health & Safety goals.

·  Continually offers a wide range of training to help the company come in to compliance, and to keep Cyrus Group employees safe and healthy while on the job.
